Area Information

Winter activities in Steinach include skiing by day and by night, snowshoe hiking, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, ski tours and romantic walks on the winter hiking trails. The Bergeralm ski area offers state-of-the-art ski lifts and perfectly groomed slopes in all levels of difficulty, as well as Austria’s longest night slope (9 km, 3 times per week).

In summer the Wipp Valley and its side valleys offer 400 km of hiking, walking and biking trails. Your host Franz will show you the most beautiful spots during unhurried hikes and climbs. He is a passionate mountain biker and offers guided bike tours all summer long.
