The hotel accepts bookings from groups of more than 12 people only on special request.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

The non-refundable deposit mentioned in the Hotel Policies can be used for another booking within 1 year.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 will be charged at check-in and refunded at check-out after guests return their key and the apartment is found in good condition.
