*Cross country skiing:One of Tirol´s biggest cross-country skiing track networks with an overall length of 150km.Cross-country skiing tracks go to several side-valleys of the Karwendels and Rofan mountains. The highlights are surely the 10km long track from Pertisau to the idyllic Falzthurn valley tal and the Guffertloipe track to the small mountain village of Steinberg with an overall length of 24km
* Hiking:From December until April the beautiful snow-covered winter landscape draws visitors and nature lovers to Achensee lake. 35km of cleared and marked hiking trails going to the villages of Maurach and Achenkirch await you.
* Golf:Playing golf right in front of the house.
Tee off on your balcony! The hotel is located right on the 1st fairway of the 9-hole/18-green golf course. Putting green, chipping green and driving range next to the hotel. All family members are golfers and accompany our guests to the golf course on Mondays and Thursdays
