The Gartenapartment is set in a quiet but central part of Zell am See. It is 600 metres away from the promenade on Lake Zell and offers a terrace with garden access. The CityXpress Cable Car is only 120 metres away. The apartment is equipped with a seating area, a sofa bed and cable TV. A separate kitchen with kitchenware, a dining area and tea and coffee making facilities is provided. A bicycle rental and a ski storage room are at guests’ disposal. During winter guests have direct access to the slopes from the guest house. A ski school can be found directly opposite the Gartenapartment. Tennis courts are located at a 200-metre distance. The Tauern Spa in Kaprun can be reached within a 15-minute drive. From May to October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included in the rate. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of the cable cars.
