Gasthof & Strandbad Messner is located directly on the south shore of Lake Ossiach and features its own beach with deck chairs, sunshades, and a very big sunbathing area and playground. The tranquility, the relaxing ambience, and the excellent cuisine guarantee a stress-free holiday in a friendly atmosphere. The lake is ideal for swimming, surfing and boating, as well as for fishing directly in front of Gasthof Messner’s doorstep - especially in spring and autumn. Several hiking and cycling trails start in the immediate vicinity. Gasthof Messner serves traditional Carinthian dishes as well as pizza, pasta, and fish specialities. Every day there is fresh, homemade cake, various ice-creams, and a special children’s menu.
