Located directly at the Großglockner High Alpine Road 4 km above Heiligenblut, Gasthof Tauernalm is a starting point for fantastic hikes in summer. In winter the inn is located right by the Tauernberg T-bar lift, which takes you to the ski area in comfort. The traditional cuisine pampers you with homemade delicacies and local specialities.
The use of the Großglockner High Alpine Road (toll road) is included in the price with a minimum stay of 2 nights. All guests receive the Kärnten Card, which provides generous discounts at several attractions and facilities in the region, such as free use of mountain railways.
