Our rooms are furnished in a modern Tyrolean style. Light wood, large windows and warm colours create a pleasant and cosy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake or the Karwendel mountains.

Our cuisine will pamper you with local products and even with whole foods (on request).

Area Information

Because of its almost completely accessible shoreline, Lake Achen is ideal for hikes and bike rides directly along the shore. Equally appealing are excursions into the Karwendel valleys, where level hikes as well as mountain tours in all degrees of difficulty are possible in a protected area.

In Pertisau a beautiful 18-hole golf course in a scenic location awaits you, and there is a 9-hole course in the neighbouring village of Achenkirch. Hotel guests are granted a 20% reduction on both courses.

Lake Achen is a paradise for all kinds of water sports, offering excellent conditions for sailing, surfing, kiting and diving. With our own sailing boat and our own diving base, you can discover the lake from all sides. Everything starts at the swimming pier right in front of the hotel.

In winter the picturesque Karwendel valleys are an enchanting snow paradise. You can reach mountain pastures and mountain taverns on well-groomed hiking trails and cross-country ski runs.

3 ski areas around Lake Achen offer varied slopes for skiers and snowboarders. Snowshoe hikes, ski tours and snow-biking are also available.

Travel Information

Airport transfers are available from Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Free pick-up from the train station at Jenbach.
