Surrounded by the unspoilt nature of the Styrian Salzkammergut, our comfortable family hotel is located directly next to the lower station of the Tauplitz cable car. The hotel is an ideal starting point for mountain bikers and hikers in summer, and for skiers and cross-country skiers in winter. The ski lift is in the immediate vicinity, and the cross-country ski runs are only 200 metres away. Our spacious spa area with Finnish and infrared saunas, steam bath and whirl bath offers relaxing moments. The hotel also features a sun terrace, a play room for children and an outdoor children’s playground (in summer), a lockable bicycle cellar and a car park.

The kitchen serves traditional as well as international dishes made of fresh local products. The traditional venison weeks at the beginning of October are always very popular. The restaurant also features a well-stocked wine cellar.
