Family run b&b place. Situated 5 min to walk from the center of Igls & 15 min to the old town of Innsbruck. Very calm house with a nice, cosy atmosphere and a beautiful panorama. The Patscherkofel cable-car and the lake Lansersee are 10 min away. A small gym, table-tennis, sauna, infrarood- cabine and solarium are for your disposal. From Kufstein - Salzburg - München):
- Follow the motorway until you reach the exit Innsbruck.
- Continue driving East until you reach the Eisstadion (Ice Stadium).
- Turn left towards Igls.

From Italy / Bolzano:
- Take the motorway towards the Europabrücke (Europe's bridge) to Patsch.
- Continue on the Bundesstraße towards Igls.

From Garmisch / Zürich:
- Take the motorway until you reach the exit Innsbruck.
- Continue driving West until you reach the Eisstadion (Ice Stadium).
- Turn right towards Igls.
