Knappenstöckl

Once the Habsburg imperial family’s baroque summer residence, Hotel Knappenstöckl used to be Halbturn Palace’s residential wing. All rooms have views of the castle courtyard or the palace gardens. Each room has historic décor and a bathroom that features modern furnishings. Some rooms have solid oak floors and a separate living room and bedroom. Restaurant Knappenstöckl offers regional cuisine such as deer and fish and the castle grounds’ own wine. Regional fruit and vegetables as well as homemade jams are served at breakfast. Halbturn Palace organises many different events including exhibitions, concerts and a Christmas market. Public parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Frauenkirchen Basilica can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Lake Neusiedl and Parndorf's McArthurGlen Shopping Outlet Center are both a 20-minute drive away.
