These new, comfortably furnished apartments offer an extraordinary infrastructure amidst the beautiful natural landscape on the Weissensee lake. Surrounded only by meadows, forests, mountains and the crystal-clear lake, the Morgenfurt - Appartements mit Seen-Sucht feature a beautiful spa area with sauna landscape, a wine bar and a pizzeria reserved for guests. A short 7-minute walk along the beautiful beach promenade takes you to the newly built bathhouse directly on the lake. There you will find deck chairs, sun shades, a barbecue, a toilet, an electricity hook-up and much more. The Morgenfurt main building also features a billiard table, fitness equipment and a vinotheque, in addition to the sauna, the solarium and the infrared cabin.

Towels, bed linen, dish towels, cutlery, glasses and crockery are provided in sufficient quantities. Smoking is allowed on the balconies or terraces.

Food & Beverage

In the morning you can choose between the breakfast buffet, delivered bread rolls, and self-catering. In the afternoon coffee and cakes are offered at the day bar. The in-house pizzeria is open from 17:00 and serves homemade pizzas and refined wines. The culinary offer is completed by themed evenings (e.g. barbecue evenings and fish from the lake). There are self-service facilities on the lake and in the spa area, where refreshing drinks and ice-cream are available.

Area Information

In summer the Weissensee is up to 27º warm and is a paradise for swimming, diving, sailing and rowing. The surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking and mountain biking.

In winter the entire lake is covered by a thick layer of ice and offers ideal conditions for ice-skating and curling. The surrounding area offers opportunities for cross-country skiing, tobogganing and skiing (free ski bus).

Transfer from Klagenfurt Airport or from the train station at Greifenburg/Weissensee available on request.

Important Information

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 55 (bungalows, apartments in the main building) or EUR 45 (apartments in the wooden building) is not included in the room rate and is payable directly on site.

For the bungalow and the apartments in the wooden building, electricity is not included in the price.
