The Panorama Apartments in Königsleiten offer 50 comfortabe beds in cosy apartments suitable for 4 to 5 people, all with wonderful views of glaciers and mountains. The apartments come with a balcony offering mountain views. The accommodation units with modern furnishings feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher combined with a living area.There is a private bathroom with a shower. Panorama Apartments is centrally located in the village, only 30 metres away from the lifts, yet offer lots of tranquility and relaxation. Königsleiten is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and excursions to Tyrol and Salzburg.

On advance reservation and for an extra charge, you can use the spa area of the Hotel Ursprung (directly next door), featuring a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, an aromatic steam bath and a solarium. For our youngest guests there is a video library.

Food & Beverage

Half-board (registration possible every day), the breakfast buffet and the "bread service" (order bread/rolls in the evening and pick them up in the morning) are available on advance reservation and for an extra charge at the Hotel Ursprung.

Area Information

Our apartments are located on the Gerlos Pass, between the Zillertal Alps and the Hohe Tauern National Park, on 1,600 metres above sea level. The famous Krimml Falls are only 8 km away, and Innsbruck, Zell am See and the Großglockner, Austria’s highest mountain, can be reached in a one-hour drive.
