Obergurgl’s Pension Bergfrieden is located just 50 metres from the Hochgurglbahn Cable Car. A sauna, whirlpool and infra-red cabin can be used on site and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. All rooms have a private bathroom and flat-screen TV. Whilst several have a balcony or terrace, others have a kitchen or kitchenette, living room and dining area. Free parking is available at the property and covered parking can be used for motorcycles. A ski and snowboard storage room with ski-boot drying facilities is also available at Pension Bergfrieden. Night skiing and sledding is organized twice a week. In Summer the Premium Ötztal Card is included in the room rates. Card holders get reduced entrance fees at 40 leisure time facilities and all public transportation, mountain lifts and gondolas can be used free of charge. Entrance to the Aqua Dome Thermal Baths, Area 47, and a range of museums is also free for card holders.
