The family-run Piz-Hotel is located at 1,700 metres above sea level directly next to the ground station of the Rifflsee funicular in St. Leonhard im Pitztal, where you can ski directly back to the hotel. Enjoy the free, unobstructed view toward the south and the beautiful Tyrolean mountains in the vicinity. The ski school is only 150 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Hotel Information

The Finnish dry sauna, the steam bath and the infrared cabin can be used free of charge. In addition, the spa area of the Sport and Vitalhotel Seppl in Weisswald (3 km away) can be used for free as well.

In the morning a rich breakfast buffet with fresh, organic products coming from the family's own farm will let your day get off to a great start. The hotel serves delicious meals featuring local and international specialities.

Area Information

Summer in the Pitztal mountains is an unforgettable experience. Easy walking tours and challenging mountain hikes to the surrounding peaks are offered, as well as modern leisure sports such as mountain biking, climbing, rafting and - for the courageous ones - bungee jumping from the highest pedestrian bridge in Europe.

In winter, the Pitztal glacier guarantees snow and fun on the slopes. Austria’s highest cable car takes you to the white slopes quickly and comfortably. Many kilometres of cross-country ski runs, toboggan runs and winter hiking paths provide you with an active and atmospheric winter adventure.

Travel Information

By train:
Go to Imst/Pitztal, and then take the bus (approx. 50 minutes) or a taxi (approx. 40 minutes) to St. Leonhard. We can also organise a transfer from the train station directly to the hotel on prior request.
