Surrounded by the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains, Wellnesshotel & Residenz Vier Jahreszeiten is located in Maurach at the southern shore of Lake Achen. The spa area includes an indoor pool with panoramic mountain views. The spa area consists of a hot tub, a Turkish steam bath, several saunas and infrared cabins, and a gym. Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten offers a varied sports and entertainment programme, as well as its own children's playroom. The restaurant serves creative cuisine with seasonal specialities and a wide range of fine wines. Half-board consists of a breakfast buffet with a selection of organic dishes, and a 4-course dinner with a salad buffet. A farmer's buffet, a barbecue evening, and a music and show night are hosted once a week. Guests will be received with a welcome drink (minimum stay of 3 nights). The centre of Maurach and a beach are only a 10-minute walk away. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and cross-county ski runs can be accessed right at the doorstep. The ski areas can be reached on the regional buses, which are free of charge for hotel guests.
